Why is OSX so bad at laying out windows when monitor topology changes? It’s apallingly bad, and I remember filing a bug with them a long time ago about this (back in the powerbook days). Is it really that hard? For each window, just find a the position that makes most of it visible. Right now I always end up with chrome windows that are barely showing off the edge of the screen.

In other news, the SizeUp app seems pretty good. Dumb to have to pay for this, but it has a few nice options that Win7 doesn’t give you (like configurable margins, which is kinda nice)
