Updated the keyboards section with conclusions about the Tactile Pro. Started a links section.
It’s amazing to me how much more organized the Japanese keyboard enthusiasts community seems. As far as I can tell, there is one guy who started a small store in Akihabara (Tokyo’s electric town area) just to serve this community. There are manufacturers of keyboards which advertise the exact kind (and color) of Cherry switch their keyboard uses. In the US, you havd deck keyboards and maybe you could throw Kinesis into the mix, but neither of these companies publish really detailed specs about their boards (well, I guess deck did respond when I asked them.) Das Keyboard as well, all flash and gimmick, no details.
Oh, and why doesn’t my page get listed in google? I feel like google avoids all wordpress sites like the plague (because once upon a time, it totally screwed up it’s index). Perhaps I need to break it out as a separate page, not a WordPress “page”
