It looks like smugmug is also starting to use some heavy javascript. I see that hitting ‘next’ or ‘previous’ now does a simple html munge instead of reloading the entire page. Adding captions to images also don’t require page reloads. Take that Gallery 2, and it’s insistent fans (you know who you are).
Seems like all I use my desktop these days is to run this webserver VM, run an itunes share, and a simple fileserver.
